How to Post a Job Opening on ASA Home Page

To post an opening, send the text of the job listing to the Acoustical Society of America Jobs Page at asa@aip.org. The cost to post a job opening is $200 per job title. Listing will be posted for a maximum of 2 months or will be removed prior to the end of the 2-month period upon request. The charge to extend the listing beyond 2 months is $100 per month.

Please see a current listing for format. No special formats can be accommodated. Please send the text in a word file.

Job openings with different position titles for the same employer cannot be combined. However, a listing seeking to fill multiple positions with the same position titles for one employer will be considered one listing.

After sending the text of your listing by email, please use the downloadable payment form to submit your payment. Payment must be made at the time the ad is placed. The job will be posted upon receipt of payment. Payment can be made by Visa, American Express or Master Card. Payments may also be made by check in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank.

Position will be posted within 3 business days of receipt of listing and payment. The 2 month posting period will begin on the day the credit card is charged or check is received.
