HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
Order by MAIL. Send your order on an order form, computer
printout, purchase order, or in a letter to the ASA Standards Secretariat. Please print carefully,
check your order for accuracy, and include your daytime phone and
fax numbers.
Order by PHONE. Call us at (631) 390-0215, 8:45 a.m. to
4:15 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday thru Friday. If paying by purchase order, add an additional $10.00 (for processing fee).
Order by FAX. Obtain faster processing via fax, available
24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at (631) 390-0217.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international orders must be prepaid in U.S. funds. Shipping
charges given above only apply to the countries specified. Contact us for a shipping quote and specify your preferred carrier.

RETURNS PROCEDURES
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipping date.
Materials must be in original, resalable condition. Because you
are responsible for the package until it is received in our
warehouse, we suggest you use UPS since it is traceable.
Reimbursement is limited to the cost of materials only.
DISCOUNTS
ASA Membership Discount
Members of the Acoustical Society of America are entitled to
a 25% discount on single copies of American National Standards
published by ASA.
Bulk Discount
Bulk discount rates are available as follows:
- 10% off for orders of 10 to 49 copies of the same standard
- 15% off for orders of 50 to 99 copies of the same standard
- 20% off for orders of 100 to 199 copies of the same standard
Complete Set Discount
A 20% discount is available for each order of the complete set of
national standards offered by ASA.
